Effects of compound water retention agent on soil nutrients and soil microbial diversity of winter wheat in saline-alkali land

Abstract Water retention agents have been applied to agricultural fields improve the growing conditions of crops, but potential these in saline soils is poorly understood. The effects compound water on nutrient content and soil microbial diversity winter wheat were investigated a field experiment with no agent (CK) 30 kg hm 2 commercial attapulgite (T4) as control different amounts treatments (15 -T1, -T2, 45 -T3). study showed that application increased content. From anthesis harvest stage, decreases alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus, potassium organic matter greater T2 T3 than other treatments. At nitrogen was significantly lower CK T4 6.19–8.83% 4.62–5.39%, respectively. phosphorus 8.14–8.83%. relative abundance Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria Acidobacteria well Shannon Simpson indices reached their maximum at stage. best performance terms overall number OTUs. may regulate accelerate plant accumulation by regulating composition.
